Molli's shoulder update

Well, it has been 3 weeks now since my skin fry. This picture was taken about a week later, not too bad. But as of today, it is still a little red and itches like crazy. I also have a few freckles on the top of my shoulder. I asked the doctor about them to see if they were melanoma, but he just replied- "You're 32, not 22, you are going to get age spots." UGH! You mean I will get old and wrinkly with the rest of them? Oh what a cold cruel world! At least they weren't melanoma!

Aly's mom impression

I was cooking in the kitchen when I hear Aly say "What are you doing honey?" in a soft but very high pitched voice. I turn to look at her and see that she has put on my slippers and stretchy pants. I said I liked her outfit, but she replied that she was "mom" and that I should act like it. I think after seeing her in that outfit, pretending to be me, it is definitely time to start dressing better! That outfit is going to the D.I.!

Russ Turns 33

Time stands still for no one. And so Russ turned 33 this year. June 20. I am sorry to say that we didn't do anything too exciting except go to a Comedy Sportz show and dinner. I didn't even make him a cake. He just got 12 samoa girl scout cookies. What a gip huh?

Casey's first tooth!

Casey finally lost his first tooth! This was a grand accomplishment because Casey hates pain, and this tooth was painful! The adult tooth came up behind the baby teeth, so there was nothing pushing them up. We worked on wiggling that thing for weeks. Russ even got some dental floss tied around it and tried to yank it out, but it still wouldn't come out. Then one morning Casey wakes up and says "Thats wierd! Mom my tooth fell out!" The tooth was still in his mouth under his tongue. Boy was he proud! He even said he had a dream that he lost his tooth. I am just glad I didn't have to listen to casey complain about the tooth any more. Now he can eat tough food again.
